Evan, This is a brief note to let you know how pleased my wife and I were with the services you provided in connection with our recent rental of The Sugar Shack for our vacation in Vermont. The property was exactly as you described it, and fit our needs perfectly! We particularly appreciate the extra steps you took to address questions and issues we raised in connection with rental of the property. Since we live in Maryland and decided not to conduct an "on site" search for a vacation rental on Lake Champlain, it was particularly important that we choose a local Realtor we could trust to accurately describe one or more properties which might fit our needs. My husband and I spent a week in September at this lovely West Shore cottage. We were BEYOND pleased with the setting, facing west overlooking the Adirondacks and the beautiful sunsets, in a very private location. The cottage was well equiped with all the necessary amenities, and the bonus of a comfy king Tempurpedic bed! Biking, antiquing, wine tasting and relaxing in your own little home-away-from-home in this lovely place. We will be back! -Norman & Michele
