How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office and our staff will be glad to help you.

Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Can I bring my pet with me?
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office and we would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.

What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens which are fully stocked. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

What should we bring?
All Kitchens are fully equipped with small appliances such as; coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc., Dishes, Pots and Pans, Cooking Utensils, and Flatware. Guests should plan to bring all paper products including paper towels, bath tissue, etc. Some properties offer linens and some do not. Please check the property details to see if linens are included. If linens are not included please refer to the property details for bed sizes. There is a limited amount of bath tissue, hand soap, and other cleaning products available upon your arrival, and there are local grocery stores throughout The Islands that supply all of the necessities.

Where can we get a fishing license?
A VT State Fishing License is required to fish on Lake Champlain, even from the dock or beach. These can be obtained at most local grocery stores or tackle shops throughout The Islands. They can also be purchased Online. Please see the link below for rules and regulations of Fishing in VT and to obtain your license.


Where can we rent Boats, Canoes, and Kayaks?
Canoes, Kayaks, and Power Boats are all available for rent in The Islands. There are a number of different places listed under area attractions.
