Rental Policy Information
Deposit Required: 50% when booking reservation
Deposits must be received within five business days of making reservation
(it is a good idea to e-mail or call to tell us you are sending
the deposit so we can hold your dates until we receive it). If cancellation
is required, deposit is refundable up to six weeks prior to reserved
date. Deposits for cancellations made within the
six week period
are only refundable if the reservation can be re-rented
and subject to a $100 administrative fee.
The remaining balance for stay plus
either a $250 security deposit
($350 if you are bringing pets) or a $500 security
deposit ($600 if you are bringing pets), depending on the size of the
property, is due six (6) weeks prior to your
arrival.
The security deposit will cover the costs of damage or extraordinary
cleaning, if required. Barring these conditions, the security deposit
will be refunded to you after inspection of the property, typically within
five business days after lease expires. We will provide you with receipts
for your deposit and rental payment.
Weekly rentals run from 4:00 p.m. Saturday to 10:00 a.m. the following
Saturday.
