About the Porch Light Team
Lauri E. Thurber, formerly of L.T. Bookkeeping
Services, is co-owner of Porch Light Property Management & Rentals. She has over
21 years experience in property management gained from her years of employment
at resorts such as Okemo Mountain in Ludlow, Vermont and Hawk Inn & Mountain
Resort in Plymouth, Vermont. She was also the founder and former owner of
Creative Exteriors, a commercial landscaping firm.
Lauri is generally the first point of contact for our clients. She is
the outgoing, hands-on half of the team who enjoys being in the field and meeting with our clients.
Marcy A. King, co-owner, has over 24 years
of administrative and business experience, including marketing, residential
acquisition & relocation services, and business management. Her extensive
knowledge and expertise comes from working in the engineering, utility
and banking fields. Marcy "holds down the fort" and is highly skilled in providing outstanding
customer service and ensuring that all client relations are managed in
a professional, responsive and confidential manner.
