Interior Description:
Cozy rooms, comfortable spaces with beautiful views of the lake.  Includes fireplace in dining area, large stainless steel appliances, laundry room and bright airy screened-in porch on lakeside.  Private master suite and half bath upstairs.  Bedroom #2 on first floor has additional lounge area.  Interior tongue'n'groove walls are freshly painted.  Tiled and wood floors throughout.  You will get big property amenities in this inviting cottage.

FromFrom the North/South: 

Take I-89 South to exit #17 (Lake Champlain Islands)Stay right off exit and merge onto Route 2 north.  Travel approx. 9.2 miles and take left onto Tracy Rd.  Go 0.2 miles and turn left onto Station Rd.  Go 1.5 miles and turn right onto West Shore Rd.  Go 1 mile to 433 West Shore Rd on left.  There is a sign with the number on it.  The driveway is shared so take your first left and cottage is on the left. 

 

From Montreal:

Take I-87 South to exit 42 (Moors/Rouses Point US-11).  At end of exit ramp turn left onto US-11.  Go 6.0 miles and turn right onto Bridge Road.  Bridge Road becomes US-2.  Go 28.4 miles and turn right onto Ferry Rd. (VT-314).  Go 0.7 miles and turn left onto Eagle Camp Rd.  Go 0.5 miles and turn left onto West Shore Rd.  Go 1 mile to 433 West Shore Rd on right.  There is a sign with the number on it.  The driveway is shared so take your first left and cottage is on the left.
