BEACH: Lake bottom is mostly rock with some mud and weeds. Renters should bring water shoes.

DOCK: Yes - 60 ft.; There is also a mooring for 24ft. boat.  Boats are allowed and the nearest boat launch is 1+ miles away.

Interior Description:
Truly a "home away from home", this 2400 sq.ft. "French Country Cape" boasts open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, Jenn-air cooking island in kitchen, kid's playroom with ping pong table and central vac.  There are 4 spacious bedrooms with the master bedroom suite located on the main level and that connects to the screened-in porch.  Optional bunkhouse sleeps an additional 6 people.

FromFrom the North/South: 

Take I-89 to exit 17 (Lake Champlain Islands).  Stay right off exit and merge onto Route 2 north.  Travel approx. 25.1 miles to Lakeview Drive on rightGo 1.3 miles and take right onto Bayview Drive (private drive).  House is the first house on right with circular driveway #44. 

 

From Montreal:

Take I-87 South to exit 42 (Moors/Rouses Point US-11).  At end of exit ramp turn left onto US-11.  Go 6.0 miles to Bridge Road and turn right.  Bridge Road becomes US-2.  Go 14.1 miles and turn left onto Lakeview Drive.  Go 1.3 miles and take right onto Bayview Drive (private drive).  House is the first house on right with circular driveway #44.
