Interior Description:  Each room of this home boasts it's own special features.  Enjoy a wonderful dinner overlooking the lake from the comfortable dining area or outside on the private deck.  Master bedroom, additional sleeping space and full bath on the first level.   Another bedroom with spacious full bath on the second level.

FromFrom the North/South: 

I-89 to exit 17 (Lake Champlain Islands).  Stay right off exit and merge onto Route 2 north.  Travel approx. 22 miles to Station Road on left just before entering the village of North Hero.  Follow Station Rd. to the end and bear right onto Pelot's Pt. rd.  The house is the 4th driveway on the left (759 Pelot's Point Rd.).

 

From Montreal:

Take I-87 South to exit 42 (Moors/Rouses Point US-11).  At end of exit ramp turn left onto US-11.  Go 6.0 miles to Bridge Road and turn right.  Bridge Road becomes US-2.  Go 17.9 miles and turn right onto Station Rd.  Follow Station Rd. to the end and bear right onto Pelot's Pt. rd.  The house is the 4th driveway on the left (759 Pelot's Point Rd.).
