Interior Description:
 Large traditional farmhouse with magnificent views of the East.  Lots of spaces inside and out for relaxation and fun with friends and family.  Sit for meals at the eat-in kitchen or on the adjoining screened-in porch, which has another table for dining.   All four bedrooms reside on the second floor.  There is a large family room on the first floor perfect for kids that has a couple of pull-out sofas and two roll-aways.

FromFrom the North/South: 

I-89 to exit 17 (Lake Champlain Islands).  Stay right off exit and merge onto Route 2 north.  Travel approx. 25 miles to driveway on left (#6995 US Route 2).  There is a sign that says "C.P. Hazen Bean Company" at the beginning of the driveway.   


From Montreal:

Take I-87 South to exit 42 (Moors/Rouses Point US-11).  At end of exit ramp turn left onto US-11.  Go 8 +-miles to Lakeview Drive on your right.  Property is the next left (#6995 US Route 2).  There is a sign that says "C.P. Hazen Bean Company" at the beginning of the driveway.
