Interior Description:
 

An impressive first floor features a large and comfortable living room, complete with 50" Plasma HD TV and home theater system.  Adjacent to the living room is a great open dining room, framed by windows which display the beautiful Lake Champlain landscape.  There is plenty of space in the kitchen for more than one cook, with new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  There is also an ample pantry to store your favorite foods.  For those who don't like to climb stairs, a private bedroom and a three quarter bath with a double sink are conveniently located off the living room.
For those who win the “bedroom lottery”, the grand prize is undoubtedly the Master bedroom on the second floor.  This incredible room has breathtaking views of the shore-lined property, Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks.  As if the room itself isn’t enough, it has its own custom-designed master bath, and uniquely constructed shower with travertine and glass tile.   
The second floor accommodates two more comfortably appointed bedrooms and a sizeable bathroom with tub/shower.  Additionally, there are new and efficient washer and dryer in the laundry room off the hallway. 
For the kids (of all ages!), enjoy the expansive third floor room.  With a combination of large windows facing west, ceilings that rise & fall with the roof line, and cozy nooks on the east side, this space appeals to everyone.

FromFrom the North/South: 

Take I-89 North/South to Exit 17 (Lake Champlain Islands US-2).  Stay right on ramp as you turn onto US-2.  Go 10.7 miles and turn left onto Ferry Rd. (VT-314).  Go 1.5 miles and turn left onto West Shore Rd. (splits off from VT-314 to dirt rd.).  Go 0.2 miles and take right into driveway at 589 West Shore Rd. (there is a sign with number on it at end of driveway). 


From Montreal:

Take I-87 South to exit 42 (Moors/Rouses Point US-11).  At end of exit ramp turn left onto US-11.  Go 6.0 miles and turn right onto Bridge Road.  Bridge Road becomes US-2.  Go 25.5 miles and turn right onto Allen Rd. (VT-314).  Go 3.9 miles and turn right onto West Shore Rd. (splits off from VT-314 to dirt road).  Go 0.2 miles and take right into driveway at 589 West Shore Rd. (there is a sign with number on it at end of driveway).
